Project changes and quality concerns
Tell us what needs attention, when you noticed it, and any relevant photos. We will review the project agreement and discuss next steps. Contact us before assuming a scope change or start-date adjustment is approved. For an immediate safety hazard, keep people away and contact the appropriate emergency service; this support page is not an emergency response channel.
Invoices, cancellation, and refunds
Email or call with the relevant estimate or invoice and explain the question. Deposits, cancellation, completed work, special-order materials, warranties, and refunds are governed by your project agreement and applicable law. See Terms of Service.
Materials and new estimates

Privacy requests
Email us with “Privacy request” to ask about information you shared, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or request an applicable advertising/sale-sharing opt-out. See Privacy Policy. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information. We will respond through the contact details you provide; this page does not promise a particular response time.
